The
key to the company's success in meeting a customer's
needs is our ability to analyse a customer's manufacturing
or assembly problem and present a tailored turnkey
solution which may include a combination of standard
automation elements and specially designed components.
We can provide automation solutions which can integrate
into your existing production processes, or supply
a complete production facility. The systems previously
supplied by Simac Masic &
TSS bv range from small stand alone machines to fully
integrated assembly lines incorporating many different
automation processes together with manual operations.
Typical project values range from Euro100,000 to Euro1000,000.
We
will devise innovative special purpose machine solutions
following a detailed analysis of the application
in conjunction with the customer. The agreed concept
is then developed further into a working design,
produced on 3D CAD Systems. If required we can then
manufacture functioning prototypes using our in-house
machining and fabrication facilities. All systems
supplied are completely assembled and tested within
our facility. The system will be tested to the acceptance
criteria agreed at the time of order, and following
a successful factory acceptance test, we will deliver,
install and commission the system on your site.

Training,
Service & Support
We
realise that for a customer to get the best from his
system, his personnel need to be trained in the Operation
and Maintenance of the system. Simac Masic & TSS
bv will configure a training package to meet the customer's
individual requirements and the unique configuration
of the system. This training is normally carried out
at our facility in the Netherlands, however we can if
required also provide local training for the customer.
Simac Masic & TSS bv can also provide a Service
and Maintenance Contract comprising of both Preventative
and Remedial Maintenance, with this contract tailored
to suit the unique aspects of the systems.
